Handcrafted to Order
Most of our products are made by hand, one at a time, specifically for you. This allows us to focus on quality, attention to detail, and craftsmanship rather than speed or mass production.
Because of this, made-to-order items typically require 7–10 business days to complete before shipping.
If an item is marked Ready to Ship, it has already been crafted and will ship sooner.
What to Expect During the Process
When you place an order, you’re not just buying a product — you’re working directly with the maker.
Jason personally handles every order and will communicate with you directly throughout the process, including:
Confirmation of your order
Updates on progress when applicable
Shipping confirmation and tracking details

Shipping Times & Methods
All orders are shipped using standard shipping with tracking.
Estimated delivery times once your order has shipped:
Canada & USA: 5–10 business days
International orders: Delivery times vary and may take longer depending on destination and customs processing
Please note that shipping times do not include the production time for made-to-order items.
